United StatesI used what little I could salvage of the item and was pleased with the results, however, in shipping the item was apparently placed under a heavy item so that the package was completely crushed and this item in particular was shattered and the package was showing soiling apparently from the crushed item.

This product works very well for the heels. Since it does such a good job on my heels, , I also use it for under my eyes, or entire eye area if not wearing makeup. If it can do the heels that well, I am sure that it has done well for other skin areas on my skin, under my eyes or anywhere else.
