WHAT COOKTOPS DOES RED COPPER® PANS COMPATIBLE?
These Red Copper® Pans are compatible with most cooktops, including induction. Always
check your stove manufacturer’s manual prior to us.
WHAT MAKES UP THE NONSTICK COATING?
A layer of copper-infused ceramic lines the entire cooking surface. This heats food evenly
and prevents sticking.
WHAT DOES PFOA AND PTFE FREE MEAN?
PFOA and PTFE are man-made plastic coatings found in most cheap non-stick cookware.
While cooking with non-stick cookware made with these chemicals may not cause
immediate concern, continual overheating could make the coating flake off into food. Red
Copper does NOT contain these chemicals.
WHAT DO I DO TO THE PAN AFTER PURCHASE?
Hand wash your pan prior to first use in warm, soapy water.
HOW DO I SEASON THE PAN?
Red Copper® 10” & 12” Pans need to be seasoned prior to first use. Follow the following
steps to season:
1. Spread a light coating of vegetable oil over the entire inside surface of the pan.
2. Place pan in an oven preheated to 300-degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
3. Use caution and handle only with oven mitts while carefully removing from the oven.
4. Let the pan cool completely.
5. Wipe away excess oil with a cloth or paper towel.
6. You are now ready to start cooking!
To maintain the exceptional performance of Red Copper®, we recommend that you repeat
this process at least twice a year.
FOOD IS STARTING TO STICK TO MY PAN. WHAT DO I DO?
If food starts to stick to your Red Copper® Pan, repeat the seasoning process. For burnt-on
messes, saturate with oil and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Then wipe clean.
HOW DO I WASH MY RED COPPER® PAN?
We recommend hand washing your Red Copper® Pan with warm water and a mild
dishwashing detergent. Allow to air dry or dry with a soft towel.
CAN THE RED COPPER® PAN BE USED DIRECTLY ON A GRILL?
We do not recommend using this pan directly on your grill, as the high heat may harm the

WHAT TYPES OF UTENSILS SHOULD I USE IN MY RED COPPER® PAN?
To ensure the longevity of your Red Copper® Pans, use wooden, silicone, or plastic
utensils on the cooking surface. Metal utensils are not recommended.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE?
Red Copper® 10” & 12” Pans have a lifetime replacement guarantee that covers the lifetime
of the product. Should anything happen to your Red Copper® 10” & 12” Pan Set under
normal usage simply return the unit with a $9.99 handling fee and you will receive a
replacement. Mistreatment, misuse, and intentional abuse of Red Copper® 10” & 12” Pans
is not covered under the lifetime warranty.
I got a two for deal on the 10" fry pans last Christmas and I love them so much I ve bought the whole cookware set plus the additional big pots. I seasoned them as instructed and everything slides right out of the pans and cleanup is a breeze! I just wish all of the fry pans had lids.
We purchased your Red Copper Pan about a year ago and we are very disappointed in your product. We tried different ways to cook our sunny-side-up eggs which keep on sticking to the pan and resulting us to a scramble the eggs instead. We thought we had a pan that was going to produce exactly what we wanted but instead we are very disappoint.
Love this skillet!!!!! I like my eggs moist not dry and this skillet delivers very time. It simply will not stick even when I add cheese. Cooks so evenly. Well worth the price.
I followed directions to pretreat my 10" pan and nothing sticks. The only negative comment I have are the handle grommets on the inside. Eggs, etc stick around them but are easily removed. Wish they could cover the grommets with the same copper lining.
I bought one of these and LOVED it so much I bought 3 more! You HAVE to follow seasoning and cleaning instructions (which are EASY) and I know you will LOVE these pans as much as I do!
I love the pan. I have cooked many things in it. I made pulled pork in slow cooker and realized I had no bbq sauce, so I quickly reduced the broth using high heat to make a sauce. It was delicious, did not burn cleaned easily. It's great for cooking cornbread, never sticks or crumbles and is always moist and evenly cooked. I do use bacon grease on the pan when cooking bread or casserole type foods.
I have been using this pan for 3 months now for all my frying needs. It really is an amazing pan and cleans up very easily. Good purchase.
Agree with many others.. it doesn't stick for a while but ultimately, even with non-metal utensils, it scratches and some items do stick. Bacon is a huge no-no! I am re-seasoning after every use in hopes of saving it but I think $20 is cheap enough to buy a new one every year.
I bought this pan because I had heard so much about these Red Copper pans. I never really expected it to be the go to pan for most of my frying pan needs. I cook everything from fried eggs, bacon, fried potatoes to chicken in it. It cooks my food so evenly and what easy clean up. I would recommend this pan to anyone that loves to cook and those that hate messy clean ups because this pan is so easy to clean.
I have had the pan for a year and love it. The problem is after a few uses, it warped. I have the 12 inch skillet. I wanted to buy another, square pan, but if it warps as well I would be very upset. I would like you to replace the one I bought, and let me test it out.
