HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M INSTALL THE SLIDE CORRECTLY? THE BIG AND SMALL ENDS IN THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE DIFFICULT TO SEE.
If you are having difficulty determining which of the plastic prongs that insert into the plastic holder, try this trick. Look at the slide. On one side the pictures in the circles have a black background. When you flip the slide, the pictures have a white background. Flip the slide so the white background is showing and the pictures are upside down. The plastic prongs will be on the right side of the slide. Insert the prongs into the slide holder, so the concave (curved) side is facing you. The slide will not fit in the other way.
I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BRIGHTER. WHY AREN’T THE SLIDES BRIGHT WHEN THEY PROJECT ON MY HOME?
The brightness of Star Shower® SlideShow™ depends on other lighting. The darker the area, the brighter they shine. Other light sources, such as street lights, additional outdoor lights, porch lamps, car lights, etc. can cause the SlideShow™ to look dimmer. While some of these sources are out of your control, turning off any additional exterior lights can help make SlideShow™ look brighter.
IS STAR SHOWER® SLIDESHOW™ SAFE TO USE OUTDOORS DURING INCLEMATE WEATHER?
Yes, Star Shower® SlideShow™ is weather-resistant and can handle snow or rain showers. However, it should not be submerged in water. If your lawn tends to flood with the spring rains, it would be best to relocate slideshow™ to an area where it doesn’t flood, or bring indoors during flooding.
WHAT TEMPERATURE RANGES DOES IT OPERATE IN?
Star Shower® SlideShow™ operates in temperatures ranging -30-degrees Fahrenheit to 100-degrees Fahrenheit (-35-degress Celsius to 40-degrees Celsius). When used in temperatures at or below freezing, please allow 10 minutes for Star Shower® SlideShow™ to warm before functioning at normal capacity.
THE POWER CORD IS TOO SHORT AND I NEED TO USE AN EXTENSION CORD. CAN I USE ANY TYPE OF EXTENSION CORD?

We LOVE the Star Shower Slideshow!!!
This is our second purchase of the Slideshow. The 1st one had an unfortunate accident, but until then it was indestructible!!! We never brought it inside. It survived all kinds of weather, even being buried in the snow, for many many years!!! It's GREAT!!! I just wish that it came with more holiday slides...It's well worth the money!!!
