HOW DO I CLEAN THE PERMANENT FILTER?
Remove Air Police from your outlet and then pull out the permanent stainless steel filter from the bottom of the unit. Wipe the permanent stainless steel filter with a damp soft cloth. You may also put it in your dishwasher. Return the permanent stainless steel filter only when it is completely dry.
CAN I TURN THE NIGHTLIGHT ON AND OFF?
Yes, Air Police includes an ON/OFF Switch for the nightlight.
HOW LARGE OF A ROOM DOES AIR POLICE WORK ON?

I have also checked the filters and I do not see any residue on the filters and I have another air purifier in the same room and there is residue on that filter. I would like to return them but I have waited to lone. This is a lot to pay for a night lite..

United StatesI tried the three units in different places, for days on end, compared the results with another two ionizer/purifiers I've got at home which are of comparable price and smaller in size, and still not one iota of a result. Sometimes if you get really close to the units, you could even suspect the whisper of some ions coming out of it but they stopped less than a minute later. Proof of my results is that the internal, metal filters, are barely darker, showing just a few specks of dirt. Kitchen, bathroom and closets did not benefit at all from them. The worst part? When I contacted you guys looking for a return your "friendly" Customer service answered by informing me that the guarantee was only for thirty days I received them like 60 days ago. How soon did you expect me to try three units?. Never buying anything from Bulbhead again.
