I didn’t like the book. My sugar is VG and I’m Type II diabetic. I don’t eat like the recipes in this book. So many of them use cheese in them. Cows milk is suppose to be very bad for us. Its bad for your bones too. This type of cooking is old style. That’s why people have diabetes because they like this type of cooking. I was very disappointed. I think the Paleo diet and type of eating is the way to go.
