HOW LONG SHOULD I USE LIGHT THERAPY LAMP?
To start, use Light Therapy Lamp 10 minutes a day on the lowest setting, then gradually work your way to longer periods of time, adjusting the brightness as necessary.

DO I KEEP MY REGULAR ROOM LIGHTS ON OR OFF?
