We received these as a gift and they are the best cookware I've used. So easy to clean and easy to maintain. Love these- I recommend them to everyone.Kristina, 5.9.2018
my wife loves the ten piece set till one of the pots began to chip on the edge. Now she is afraid to use any other piece in the set, afraid the other pots may start to chip also

Hi, Tim! We are glad to know that you are happy with your purchase. Also, it is unfortunate that you the pan has chipped. We have escalated this to our customer support team and they shall get in touch with you shortly to resolve this issue.tim, 4.29.2018
These are hands down the greatest pots and pans I have ever used. I love to cook, and more often than not, that leads to lots of dirty, hard to clean dishes. The non stick coating on Red Copper is incredible. Cheesy eggs, cooked on tomato sauce, even sticky caramel wash off with a quick rinse in the sink.
It makes a beautiful crust on meats when searing, and I've had some of the best caramelized onions in my life from this cook ware! Beyond thrilled with this amazing Christmas present!Lauren, 1.25.2018
I love my skillet
I love my skillet I followed all the instructions it works just like my cast iron skillet. I use it every day and plan on buying the whole set as well as other pieces as they become available.Lucretia Bissinger , 1.14.2018
10 Piece Set
Received just after Christmas. Haven't stopped using; GREAT GREAT GREAT. Like the big square much more than my old slow cooker. It is better than a slow cooker, can control the heat much better. Just hoping they last a long time.Milli , 1.13.2018
10 piece red copper set
Nice set just got and only used once but seems like I will enjoy using themMichael , 12.19.2017
Follow the instructions in the pamphlet
I have had my full set for quite a while. If you follow the little red copper instruction book and treat them with pure Olive oil or vegetable oil (just like when you season a cast iron skillet). It also says to repeat the process when needed. Please read it thoroughly. I am not at home because my daughter is in the hospital but there are only certain types of oil to use with these pans. Then more instructions say to start on low heat and work your way up to like a medium to medium high because of how it conducts and holds heat. Just a lot of useful information in it.
I just wipe the pans with rugs to clean. I choose to hand wash except glass lids even though they say dishwasher safe. Though it is any utensil safe I choose to use silicone, plastic or wood and stay away from metal. I do this because it is still ceramic with a copper coating so yes if handled roughly it will get scratched and stuff over time. After I got mine and loved it I take that extra moment to carefully stack them so they don't scratch or chip. Love my red copper set and just sharing my thoughts, hints and tips. Since I am not at home some information from the little pamphlet may not be exact since I can't use it to reference like I do at home.Christie Karch, 11.17.2017
Love my Red Copper!!
I love my red copper skillets! I have all of the different sizes and use them everyday!! Worth every penny!!Kathy Lafferty, 11.8.2017
Been using a set of these for a few weeks now. I like the nonstick coating..so far good.. handles on lids are a problem A nice non metallic knob on the lid would have been better. Handles are nice but again no consideration given to the user.. heatproof grips on the end of the handle would be nice but still like more of the handle metal to avoid burning or scorching. Pans are very lightweight and for some stoves and cooks this maybe ok, prefer heavy smooth bottoms. Would like to see a better selection of color on the outside. Red is not my cup of tea. I would have paid more to get better features with the product. Would like to see just a bit wider and deeper This was simply a test group for me so we shall see yet how they hold up.Kathie, 10.10.2017
Love the pieces that I have.Leitha, 10.8.2017
Better Than Any Pan!
I have become a Red Copper Junkie! Every Red Copper Pan I have purchased has been wonderful. I love that I can cook without oil and clean up is no longer a chore. If you take care of the cookware, it will take care of you. As anything goes, regular wear and tear will happen. But I find that the nonstick surface has stayed perfect! Better than any other pan I have tried.Kelly, 10.5.2017
I also wish you had 1qt. 2qt. and 3 qt saucepans to go with my set of pans.sandra cobb, 10.4.2017
I love these pans!
I love these pans, they are the best. I wish you had individual 1 qt, 2 qt and 3 qt sauce pans that I could purchase individually to go with my other pieces. I love every piece of Red Copper cook and bake ware that I have.Rhonda Laymance, 9.13.2017
A little disappointed!
I am disappointed that things do burn in the skillet since this is why I bought the set. I am concerned that if they aren't treated carefully they might scratch easily. I just bought my set a few weeks ago so time will tell.Genevieve, 8.20.2017
Non Stick Top Works Well
It is a good looking set and I find the non stick top works very well particularly on the pan which this company is known for.Lucas, 8.8.2017
Scratches way too easy
Like other reviews scratches way too easy and burns on the bottom very easily as well.Pete, 7.30.2017
I only havecone piece but am definately ordering this 10 piece set and all my other cookware is going out the door!Anne Thomas, 7.9.2017
Red Copper Realness
As I love to cook, I thought I'd give this product a run for its money. Seeing is believing, and they work amazingly! However, word or caution, treat them gently, (1) they do scratch especially on sides and (2) they do burn and when they do they smell horable! When cooking my beans burnt, no they didn't stick to the pot but the pot was runined and smelled like burnt chemicles! Funny, I can't get a replacement. So, I'm on the fence; cute and functionalable but don't burn anything in them!!!John Rivera, 7.8.2017
Hot handles on lids
Received set yesterday, they are beautiful, and non stick. But warning, handles are put on lids to protect the hand. Not so here, they get very hot, it's like picking up a hot metal pan. Shouldn't have to use hot pad on lids, not a good design.Linda, 7.1.2017
I've had my fry pan for 6 months. The inside has yet to scratch, but outside of pan is riddled with scratch marks. Also, food gets caught on the inside of pan where the handle attaches. Engineering flaw.Cassie jano, 5.28.2017
A friend gave us the large sautee pan for Christmas. I had never seen it or heard of it before so I was hesitant to use it. My husband tried it first and loves how easy it is to clean. I love that I can cook eggs in it without butter or oil and nothing sticks. The flavor of everything is just as it should be. I'm here to consider the whole set.Elizabeth Stratton, 5.7.2017
Love my Pans.
I Just adore these pans. they are the best thing I have bought in a log time. Cooks evenly and wipes out clean every time. Can't wait to use my deep fryer that came with the set. Oh I also just bought the 12in fry pan. Thank You Red copper.Jan Monfre, 4.29.2017
I was a big fan of the Red Copper Pan so bought this set. Everything works well and it is nice to have a matching set.Sam, 4.17.2017
They do work Good but food does not slide around like commercial unless you use a little oil. The pans I bought did not sit flat on my stove so I had to return for others. otherwise overall decent pans. Let's see if they don't scratch .Jeremy Galvano o, 4.11.2017

WHAT ARE PFOAS AND PFTES, AND WHY SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?
PFOAS AND PTFES are chemicals normally added to nonstick cookware. At high heats, the chemicals begin to disintegrate. The coating can flake off into food and become ingested. Red Copper is safe and nontoxic. It does not contain any PFOAs or PTFEs.
IS THE ENTIRE SET OVEN SAFE?
Red Copper pots and pans are oven-safe up to 500-degrees Fahrenheit. The tempered glass lids are not oven safe, and we do not suggest placing the aluminum steamer insert in the oven. Cookware will be hot when removing from an oven, so always exercise caution and use oven mitts.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO THE PANS PRIOR TO FIRST USE?
An initial seasoning is required on the pots and pans prior to first use (instructions included in box) for an optimal nonstick coating. An additional seasoning may be required every 6-12 months to maintain nonstick properties.
IS THIS COOKWARE DISHWASHER SAFE?
Yes, the Red Copper 10-Piece Set is oven safe. However, it is recommended to wash your Red Copper cookware in warm water with a mild dish soap, and towel dry.
