RETURN POLICY

We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations.  In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 60 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees).  Refunds will be made to your original form of payment. 

Products returned in original condition after 60 days of your receipt will receive a merchandise credit equal to your original purchase price which will be good towards a future purchase at bulbhead.com (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees).

RETURNS ARE EASY AND CONVENIENT

  • Log into your account and click on My Orders.  If you do not already have an account, registration is free and easy.
  • Locate the Order Number that you wish to return and click on View Order.
  • Click on Create Return on the far right side.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return, enter the qty and select the Reason to Return.
  • Click on Submit 

If you prefer to return a product without registering, simply click on Orders & Returns in the footer section of the website under Account.

  • Enter the Order ID (Order Number).
  • Click on Create Return on the far right side.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return, enter the qty and select the Reason to Return.
  • Click on Submit 

CHOOSE YOUR RETURN OPTION

  • OPTION A - Simply print the prepaid FedEx label, affix to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location.  A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label.
  • OPTION B - Return on your own via FedEx, USPS or any other traceable method and receive a full product refund.  We encourage you to insure your package.  Please send returns to:

  • All returned products must be in original product packaging and include all original parts. 
  • No refunds will be issued until we receive your product in our warehouse.  
  • To ensure return accuracy, include your packing slip and check off the box on the back with your reason for return. 

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY

  • Please do not return Intimate Apparel for a refund due to health and sanitary reasons.  We will replace at no cost, any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).
  • Consumable items (products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they are opened.  However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
  • DVD'S and software products may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect

Returns not meeting our return requirements may result in the loss of a refund or replacement.  Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged by contacting our Customer Support Team.  Select the Contact Us link located in the footer of the website.  Enter your Name, Email Address, Telephone and details of your exchange request, including your order number.  One of our Customer Support Team Members will respond within 24 hours.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days.  Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 business days after your return is processed.  BulbHead will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.  A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees).
