Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. BulbHead will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).

There are two options for returning products:

Option A: Contact customer service and request a prepaid FedEx label. Simply print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location. A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order which will include your Order# and a summary of your purchase.

Pre-order allows you to reserve product(s) early. The product will ship to you on the first available date. The shipping date is listed beneath the "PRE-ORDER" button on the product page. Only select BulbHead products are available for pre-order.
