We start with high-quality carbon steel directly from the mill and shape it with the perfect wall curvature and height to optimize cooking area.
Step 2.
Each pan is bombarded with nitrogen ions in a thermal fusion oven for a full 12 hours.

This makes the steel much stronger, makes it resist corrosion and turns it into a beautiful black color.
