My husband and with two friends were traveling in a state with lots of hills, trees, and winding, twisty roads. There was a pop, and (you guessed it), a flat tire. It was night in an unlit area. It was a split 4-lane, VERY busy road. We were on a curve turning right. The flat was on the inside, and the roadside went up into a hill. Changing a tire was going to be dangerous. We called 911 and they said it would be awhile. The flares were so bright. Traffic began to move to the left, at least 20 car lengths away, and made it safe for my husband to change the tire. When the Highway patrolman arrived, he was very surprised at how bright the lights were without messing with drivers’ eyes. I bought enough for every driver in the family!

I didn't know what to expect, given that they aren't that expensive, but they are amazing!! So versatile, extremely bright and visible from at least 100 yards out. They have so many purchase options, they recommend 6 per vehicle, bought them for every member of my family. One thing to keep in mind, they do not come with batteries and are not rechargeable. Other than that, worth the money.

I had 3 of these but got stolen I am replacing them because of this stuck to the hood of my car for over a hundred miles stop traffic when I was stuck alongside the road made him aware I was there and picked black night even a semi was grateful for our lights on a nice foggy date night during the day or great you can see them for miles these things are a lifesaver in so many ways thank you

Love these emergency lights. Have been giving to friends and family here in Wisconsin, so far no snow but it is on it's way.

I tried the lights at night, and they work very well. It got peoples' attention which caused them to slow down and pay attention to what was happening around them. I have put them in all my vehicles as well as showed my kids how to and when to user them. It was worth the cost. Recommend this product to anyone.
